Happiness is a Choice.

#001 Quote of the Day

yes it is !
Say hello to my new layout :D not mine, didn't even tweak it to look as if it was customized by myself. Since I've stepped into the working world, felt like I'm too old for a fancy blogskin. Honestly speaking, I don't want it to look like I've spent to much time just tweaking the HTMLs skin. nyehehe.

hi & lo.

taken from my instagram.

Hello.

Just in case you're wondering where I have been, naah, not anywhere. I haven't been blogging for a while because life has been pretty tough on me lately. I don't want to divert the negative vibes I've been receiving to my reader (if there is any :p).  I'm just thankful, for having the most supportive best friend-slash-boyfriend that I ever had.

The pink Fed 5B I had malfunctioned after a few attempts while rolling the film. It was pretty much expected and nothing can go smoothly considering the camera was a refurbished camera with a mint condition. Thank god for the warranty, the boyfie went to the shop and got it replaced (upgraded) to a new one. Now it works perfectly. I've lost 1 camera roll which I was about to send it for processing. Tsk *shokay*. More rolls to come, so I don't have to worry much.

tata for now,

a day with papi.

Photos taken using iPhone4.

Dad came to KL on monday to have his sinus surgery. The whole family have a history of having sinus and asthma. I did not know that surgery can actually fix sinus and thought I'm gonna live like this forever. Lucky thing, will probably get my sinus fix too. The experience is kinda personal, so I'm just gonna drop a few photos.

Kodaks #1

By Faznur Amalia in , ,

Camera : Fed 5B by Red Army Camera.
Film : Kodak ISO 400

So I received my processed films & prints for my very first kodak using Fed 5B. It took me about a week to wait for my kodak, then I found out a shop at SS2 could processed the films in just two hours *sigh*. For most of you who don't know what a Fed 5B is, it's a soviet range-finder camera which was produced during the 70's.

The outcome was pretty satisfying than what I've expected.  The pictures produced by the camera are sharp, almost lie a DSLR quality. Most of the picture i took came out a bit underexposed, and blurry but prolly okay for first timers kan? *masuk bakul angkat sendiri*
Yet, I'm wondering why the prints came out with a strong blue hue.

More to come,
